A few years back, my life looked shiny on the surface. Living my solo adventure in a new state, chasing my dream job, hopping on planes regularly, and always up for brunch with the girls!

But lets be real – behind the Insta-worthy exterior, I was wrestling with headaches, feeling low energy, and low-key doing the mental calorie math after every night out.

The perpetual promise to start fresh every Monday became my anthem.

Finally, I hit that moment where change wasn't a choice; it was a must!

So, I dove headfirst into the world of REAL health, learning the basics of using food to fuel my body.

Slowly but surely, I began reshaping my idea of what a genuinely healthy lifestyle looks like.

Fast forward to today, and I'm an Integrative Health Practitioner.

My mission? Helping women embrace simple and doable ways to live healthier lives. - Life is meant to be enjoyed, and we should feel great while doing it!

It's not about being the 'it girl' on the outside. It's about weaving health into our everyday lives, one choice at a time.
